Return Policy

1. Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Condition: Returned items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
    • Personalised or custom-made items.
    • Intimate items (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

3. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@mrprice.online to check stock availability.
  • Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at hello@mrprice.online within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, including return postage costs.
